2009 Teacher of the Year Celebration a Success

Palmetto Horizon Foundation hosted the 2009 Teacher of the Year Celebration on May 1 at the Columbia Convention Center. Many outstanding educators were recognized. The evening featured the announcement of South Carolina's new Teacher of the Year - Bryan Coburn - and presentation of a beautiful new BMW for his year-long use. See photos from this event>>
